Fixed Price and Timeframe Contracts

This type of engagement usually encompasses the full project development cycle and involves the interplay of offshore and onshore teams. It is applied when requirements are clear and when critical project variables are within Vensys’s control.

Dedicated Offshore Development Center

Under this model, dedicated resources and facilities are established for the sole use of the client to undertake a certain amount of work over a period of time. This model allows clients to lock in Vensys and other Vensys resources without investing in facilities, and provides an attractive cost incentive.

Time and Material Contracts

Depending on the nature of the project, some engagements may be based on a monthly or hourly charge. Usually, this kind of time and material contract is used when the scope of requirements is variable, or if there is dependency on a 3rd party.
